Mixing
Mixing is often described as an art of balance, giving each instrument its own individual space within the mix to form a cohesive whole. But sometimes a mix should be artfully unbalanced, drawing attention to certain elements while leaving others in the background, only to be discovered gradually after repeat listens.
Our mixing service gives us the most flexibility with your sound. You can tell us exactly the sound you want–or just name some of your favorite artists and albums and we'll use our judgment from there.

More About Our Mixing Service
- What you send us: a separate audio file for each track layer in your song's session. This is sometimes called sending a recording "tracked out." WAV or AIF format preferred. We also accept session folders when possible (ProTools, Logic, etc.)
- $200/song
- Mastering included
- 30 days free revisions
- If your rough mix has some effects that you love, you can apply them to your tracks before sending (also known as Audiosuiting, rendering, or printing effects).
- As an alternative to the above ("), you may include both the dry and affected tracks as options for your engineer.
- For the technical stuff (payment, sending, formats, etc.) read our Frequently Asked Questions.
